## Sneaker maker Golden Goose aims to list in Milan in June

MILAN (Reuters) – Italian luxury [sneaker](https://entrepreneurtribune.com/golden-goose-targets-2-billion-market-cap-in-milan-ipo/) brand Golden Goose said on Thursday it aims to list on Milan’s Euronext in June.

The offer will consist of 100 million euros ($107.92 million) of new shares and existing shares, to reach a free float equal to at least 25% of the outstanding share capital.

Golden [Goose,](https://entrepreneurtribune.com/golden-gooses-net-revenues-up-12-in-first-quarter/) which was valued at 1.3 billion euros when it was acquired by private equity firm Permira in 2020, said the final structure of the offer would be communicated prior to its launch.
