She enjoys a full-time position with Apicii, a bespoke hospitality management company, as the VP of Technology. However, that’s not all. Brianne had to reach the apex; she dreamed of becoming a leading figure in the restaurant landscape. Thus she started two game-changing ventures: Break Bread Consulting and Restaurant Resource.
Break Bread Consulting, Brianne’s first venture, is an IT consulting firm that provides fractional IT services and specializes in implementing new software solutions for full-service restaurants. What started as a one-woman operation quickly grew into a team of freelancers, allowing Brianne to cater to the growing demand for her services. Her dedication to helping restaurants nationwide and providing her team work-life balance fuels her passion for the business.
Restaurant Resource, Brianne’s recent endeavor, is a passion project born out of her desire to give back to an industry that has weathered numerous challenges. Unlike other platforms, Restaurant Resource stands apart by offering a free and inclusive international directory of software, products, and service providers for the hospitality industry. By eliminating barriers and providing easy access to essential resources, She aims to save restaurants valuable time and connect them with companies they may otherwise struggle to discover.
Juggling between a full-time executive position while running two businesses cements Brianne’s position as a woman leader in the hospitality-IT line of work. From a hostess to an innovator who helps restaurants find the best-fit solutions, this journey makes her a role model for her daughter to follow.
